I am so glad you’re here. If you’ve found yourself looking for a more comprehensive approach to health—one that goes beyond symptom management and seeks to understand the whole person—you’re in the right place.

My path has always been guided by a love of both nature and science. Growing up in Colorado, I spent as much time as possible outdoors, and those early experiences gave me a deep respect for the intelligence of the natural world. In college, I studied Neuroscience at the University of Colorado–Boulder while also exploring Indigenous Studies and environmental activism. These experiences shaped my belief that true healing involves both biology and our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

I earned my medical degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon—a four-year accredited medical program that includes the same core sciences as conventional medical school (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and pathology), alongside training in nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle medicine, and other evidence-based natural therapies. This education built the foundation I continue to rely on every day: a rigorous understanding of human physiology combined with a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal.

My clinical focus is in functional medicine, an approach that uses advanced lab testing and root-cause investigation to uncover what’s driving imbalance and guide treatment. I love helping patients make sense of their symptoms, address the underlying causes, and create clear, personalized plans to restore health and vitality.

While my foundation is rooted in science and functional medicine, I also recognize that health extends beyond the physical. Over the years, my work has naturally evolved to include modalities that support emotional and energetic balance—approaches that help patients feel more aligned, resilient, and connected to themselves.

For some, care may focus on physical systems like digestion, hormones, or metabolism. For others, our work may gently explore the deeper patterns and stress responses that shape how the body functions. Wherever we begin, my goal is the same: to listen deeply, honor your unique experience, and support the full complexity of your healing process.

Ultimately, I hope to help people reconnect—with the wisdom of their bodies, the intelligence of nature, and a deeper sense of self that brings clarity, purpose, and vitality to life. Each patient reminds me how profoundly the body—and the human spirit—are designed to heal when given the right support.
