I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve found yourself looking for a different approach to health—one that goes deeper than symptom management and honors the whole of who you are—you’re in the right place.

My path has always been guided by a love of both nature and science. Growing up in Colorado, I spent as much time as I could outdoors, and those early experiences gave me a deep respect for the intelligence of the natural world. In college, I studied Neuroscience at the University of Colorado–Boulder while also immersing myself in Indigenous Studies and environmental activism. Together, these experiences taught me that healing is not only about biology, but also about our connection to ourselves and the world around us.

That realization led me to naturopathic medical school. I earned my doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon—a four-year accredited program that includes the same core sciences as conventional medical school (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology) along with extensive training in nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle medicine, and other natural therapies. This gave me the foundation I continue to rely on every day: a thorough, evidence-based understanding of the human body paired with tools that support its innate ability to heal.

My foundation is in functional medicine, an approach that uses advanced lab testing and root-cause investigation to understand imbalance and guide treatment. I love working in this space—helping people uncover what’s really driving their symptoms and offering clear, targeted protocols to restore health. For many, this is exactly what they need, and it brings me so much joy to watch people regain energy, clarity, and confidence in their bodies.

At the same time, I’ve always known that health is more than physical. Our experiences, beliefs, emotions, and energy also shape how we feel and how we heal. Over the years, my practice has naturally expanded to hold space for these deeper dimensions. I’ve trained in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and intuitive modalities including mediumship and the Akashic Records, completing a mentorship with Dr. Raina Corah and studying extensively with medium and Akashic Records reader Nicole Hickman. I’m deeply grateful to the mentors and peers who have walked this path with me and enriched my perspective.

For some, our work together may stay rooted in the physical—using functional medicine to restore balance in digestion, hormones, or the nervous system. For others, the journey may open into exploration of emotional or energetic layers that shape health in more subtle ways. Wherever we begin, my intention is the same: to meet you with respect, to listen deeply, and to support the full complexity of your healing process.

Ultimately, my hope is to help people reconnect—with the wisdom of their bodies and the intelligence of nature, while also rediscovering a deeper sense of self that brings meaning and vitality to life. With each individual I work with, I find new reasons to be curious, grateful, and hopeful about the profound ways we can heal and grow.
