Books That Shaped My Approach
I’ve always been a deeply curious person — the kind who can happily spend hours exploring the connections between health, science, spirituality, and the mysteries of the natural world. Some of the themes that have captivated me most are the gut microbiome, complex trauma and the nervous system, consciousness, and the strange, fascinating lens of quantum physics.
These books are more than just good reads — they’ve shaped the way I think, the way I practice medicine, and the way I understand our place in the web of life. Each one has expanded my perspective, challenged me to look deeper, and offered insights I now carry into my work with patients.
And yes, I suppose this is my idea of a good time — curling up with a book that makes me rethink everything I thought I knew. Enjoy!
