FAQs

  • The holistic care plan includes an in-depth initial appointment, with the services listed under New Patient Visit, and 30-minute follow-up visits each month. • At Align Natural Medicine, we have made the decision not to accept insurance for our services. This choice is rooted in our commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

By not accepting insurance, we are able to focus our attention entirely on our patients' health and well-being, rather than on navigating the complexities of insurance billing and restrictions. This also allows for individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs without interference from third-party payers.

Instead, you may request a Super Bill, which is a special receipt you may submit to your insurance company, and they send you reimbursement. Should you have any questions about our payment policies or need assistance with reimbursement, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
